Subscription Deliveries

  • All of our bird food is mixed to order just prior to delivery to ensure it is as fresh as possible.
  • Our subscription deliveries are sent out on the 28th of each month using Royal Mail (for items under 2kg) or Hermes for heavier items. You will be notified when your subscription has been shipped, and we will use second class or the equivalent. All items will be protected with appropriate boxes – we source most of our packaging as unused surplus stock as part of our sustainability policy, so boxes may be printed with the branding and products of a different company.
  • Shipping, packaging and handling costs are included in the price of subscriptions and gift subscriptions. If an order costs more than our standard allowance we will get in touch via email to arrange payment of the excess.


One-Time Product Deliveries

  • We aim to deliver one-time products within 3-5 working days.
  • All items are shipped in second class post (or equivalent), using Royal Mail for items weighing less than 2kg and Hermes for items weighing over 2kg.
  • Where the cart (excluding subscription products) total is more than £25, delivery is free, otherwise delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

Free Local Deliveries

  • If your postcode is local (WD3, WD23, WD17 or WD19), you will have the option of free local delivery – please allow up to 3 days for delivery during busy periods.
