Your subscription will remain in place unless cancelled (through your Account Pages)
Any changes you make to your online profile through the Account Pages may change the price of your order, and we will display this price to you once you have submitted these changes
The charge for the total price will be charged to the payment card we hold on your account for you at the time of the Order Processing for each specific order
Your subscription to any Subscription Plan will remain in effect until it is cancelled by you. Details on how to cancel can be found in the FAQ
If you cancel a Subscription Feeding Plan and reactivate at a different time the price for the Subscription Plan subscription may be a different price than the price in effect for the plan at the time of cancelling the Subscription Plan
Products ordered from us can be delivered to addresses within the UK (including Northern Ireland). This excludes PO Boxes.
Products will be delivered via The Royal Mail, Hermes, Collect Plus or DPD. We reserve the right to change courie
Proof of delivery is only obtained under some circumstances
Orders will be shipped on the following dates:
- On or before the 28th of every month for Monthly Subscriptions
- Within 3-5 working days of payment for one time purchases
Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, our stock availability, when you finalise your information on the logged in pages, and circumstances impacting delivery out of our control (including public holidays and force majeure scenarios)
You will not hold us responsible for any delays out of our control

Quality and Returns
We want you to be satisfied with the products you receive from alittlebirdcompany.co.uk. If you’re not satisfied please follow the following steps:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org from the email address associated with your user account. Please include details of the product that you are dissatisfied with. Please do this within 7 working days of receiving your product from us;
- We do not accept returns on bird food, but we will send out a replacement product if we see fit to do so;
- Under government guidelines you are entitled to return bird feeders within 14 days of receiving the item – please get in touch to do so;
- Certain items are covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee – this guarantee is the responsibility of the customer;
- If you find fault with an item within 6 months of receipt and you can prove that the product was faulty when you bought it, we will refund or replace the product;
- Some of the feeders we sell are constructed from glass or ceramic and are therefore fragile items. It is the customer’s responsibility to handle the item with care and hang it in a safe place;
- We cannot be held responsible for feeders damaged by squirrels, weather conditions or other wildlife;
- We will not accept a return from anyone other than the customer who made the purchase;
- We may offer a refund or replacement on a bird feeder if it is broken or faulty. Any damage caused by customer negligence (or otherwise) will not be accepted as a reason for return;
- We may request further information from you regarding your concern;
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to our warehouse. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post. If returning a bird feeder, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return not being processed and returned to you;
- Return postage is payable by the customer;
- If a fault is agreed on our part, and/or refund agreed, we will arrange it within a reasonable period of the initial email being received. It can take up to 21 working days from this point for the payment to be credited to your account;
- Straight seeds, peanuts and mixes are natural products and will therefore vary in size and colour depending on the growing conditions.
- Accessories and nesting boxes are sourced from different manufacturers and they may change specifications or withdraw items without notice. All photos and descriptions in our website and advertisements are for illustrative purposes only; exact specifications and colours may vary;
- We reserve the right to withdraw items for sale.
Clients on a rolling monthly contract are free to cancel at any time. If you have been charged for the month’s delivery, you will receive the paid-for goods but will not be billed for subsequent months. If you have entered into a minimum term subscription with us you will not be able to cancel until after the minimum term has expired.
Minimum Term Subscriptions
Some of our offers and subscriptions are sold as part of minimum term subscriptions. You will be notified at checkout and on the product pages if you have if they have entered into a minimum contract term. At the end of the minimum term, you will revert to our monthly rolling subscription unless you have cancelled via their account. You cannot cancel your subscription until the end of the minimum term.
Member and introductory offers and discounts

Where we make such offers, Introductory offers are only available to new users of the website.
