Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can get started with your return by clicking here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Step One: Follow this link to arrange your return.
Step Two: You will be prompted to log in to your account or create a new account. You don’t need a password to create an account - simply enter your email address and then the six digit code that will be sent to you via email.
Step Three: Click the order that you want to submit a return for.
Step Four: If your order has more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
Step Five: Select a return reason and add a note for us.
Step Six: Click Request Return

If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a free shipping label.

We offer free returns for your convenience. As a small business, returns do cost us money, but it is nonetheless important to us that you get the very best service.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any damage caused by customer negligence (or otherwise) will not be accepted as a reason for return. We cannot be held responsible for feeders damaged by squirrels, weather conditions or other wildlife. Some of the feeders we sell are constructed from glass or ceramic and are therefore fragile items. It is the customer’s responsibility to handle the item with care and hang it in a safe place. We will not refund ceramic items that have been blown down in high winds.

The Squirrel Buster comes with a manufacturer's 2 year guarantee and customer care phoneline. This is provided by the manufacturer and is not arranged by A Little Bird Company. We do not accept returns on bird food, but we will send out a replacement product if we see fit to do so.

Exemptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
