Buy with confidence: 30-day returns
We want you to be genuinely happy with what you've bought. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return, and we cover the return postage. As a small business, returns do cost us, but good service matters more to us than that.
To return an item it needs to be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Once approved, we'll email you a free shipping label and instructions. Please don't send anything back before requesting a return, as we can't accept it.
Damaged or wrong item? Check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us straight away at info@alittlebirdcompany.co.uk so we can put it right. A few things to know: many of our feeders are glass or ceramic and need careful handling and a safe hanging spot. We can't cover items damaged by squirrels, wildlife, weather, or high winds once they're up in your garden.

Bird food: we don't take food back, but if something's not right we'll happily send a replacement where we see fit.
A couple of exceptions: sale items and gift cards can't be returned. For an exchange, the quickest route is to return your item and place a new order once the return's accepted.
Refunds go back to your original payment method once we've received and checked your return. We'll email you either way. Bank processing can add a few days at their end.
