We offer priority delivery services for an additional charge. While we aim to dispatch priority orders placed before 2pm on the same day, there may be occasions when this is not possible.
Subscription orders are renewed on the same day of the month that the original order was placed. All bird food is mixed to order just before dispatch to ensure it is as fresh as possible. The first subscription delivery will be sent immediately after the order is placed, and subsequent deliveries will be dispatched on the same day of each month. You will receive a notification when your subscription has been shipped. Subscription parcels are sent using Royal Mail Second Class or an equivalent service, securely packed in protective boxes.
Most of our deliveries are sent using InPost or Royal Mail, with DPD and FedEx used where appropriate.
We aim to ship all products within two working days. Orders are packaged in compostable materials and securely protected.
Delivery is free on all orders over £40. For orders under £40, standard delivery charges apply based on the total weight of your order:
Orders up to 1kg – £2.75
Orders 1–2kg – £3.75
Orders 2–15kg – £5.25
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout. Priority and express delivery options are also available and will be shown at checkout.
If your postcode is within WD23 or WD19, you will be offered free local delivery at checkout. Please allow up to three days during busy periods.
Deliveries to the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland incur an additional charge at checkout. At present, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
While we always aim to dispatch parcels as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery times in the event of courier delays, strikes, or other disruptions beyond our control.
Shipping rates are subject to change depending on our courier partners, and we reserve the right to make changes without prior notice.
