Fresh food, carefully sent

Free UK delivery over £40. For orders under £40, postage is worked out by weight at checkout, so you only ever pay for what your order actually weighs:

• Up to 1kg: £2.75
• 1–2kg: £3.75
• 2–15kg: £5.25

Next-day and priority options appear at checkout. We aim to dispatch priority orders placed before 2pm the same day, though occasionally that's not possible.

Subscriptions are mixed to order and sent the moment you subscribe, then on the same date each month, so the food's always as fresh as it can be. You'll get a shipping notification each time. Parcels go out securely packed by Royal Mail Second Class or an equivalent service.

Everything ships in compostable packaging, usually within two working days. We mostly use InPost and Royal Mail, with DPD and FedEx where they suit better.

Local to WD23 or WD19? You'll be offered free local delivery at checkout. Please allow up to three days in busier spells.

Channel Islands and Northern Ireland carry an extra charge at checkout. For now we ship within the UK only.

We always aim to get parcels out fast, but can't guarantee times during courier delays, strikes, or disruption beyond our control. Rates may change with our courier partners, and we reserve the right to update them without notice.
