  • Thank You!

Thank you so much. The birds absolutely love the food. Before they were very picky , they left a lot and it grew under the bird table. Now they eat every single bit.

Clare Cahill

Hi, I'm Clare

I started feeding the birds in our garden with the hopes of seeing blue tits and robins. But when I was on maternity leave with my first daughter, I realised my garden was full of pigeons so well-fed they could barely waddle! Determined to attract more variety, I experimented with different foods. When a goldfinch arrived, I knew I was onto something. Friends and family loved my blends too, so in 2022, I launched A Little Bird Co. I wanted to offer a better bird food - no cheap fillers, no plastic - just nutritious seeds birds love. Now, my food helps songbirds thrive across the UK, and every order still makes me smile!

The seasonal bird food brand

  • Seasonal

Birds have different dietary needs throughout the year, from nesting to moulting and surviving colder months. To support these changes, we’ve created seasonal blends – order a Seasonal Bird Food bag, and we’ll adjust the blend to match the season, making it easy to do something great for the birds.

  • Sustainable

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We don't farm, process, and transport cheap filler ingredients that birds kick to the floor. Instead, we focus on premium ingredients they love. Our packaging is compostable, and our bird feeders and nest boxes are tested for durability and longevity.

  • Support

With birds in your garden, you’re never alone - they’re the friends who always visit. Feeding them supports wildlife conservation while bringing joy and calm. Whether spotting a new species or watching their daily routines, just ten minutes a day strengthens your connection with nature and boosts your wellbeing.
